Ms. Cathy Hau is the Executive Director of Real Estate Group of CITIC Capital Holdings since October 2011, in charging of building the business capability, developing the overall asset management strategies and in coordinate with respective teams for the overall commercial real estate development. Before joining CITIC Capital, Cathy was a senior professional of Wharf Holdings for over ten years, the Deputy General Manager of Shanghai Times Square, who created this multi-used commercial property as a modern lifestyle shopping mall, Grade A office tower and serviced apartments. Prior Wharf Holdings, Cathy was the Group Marketing Director of Chinadotcom Corporation and the Group Director of Corporate Communications of Mission Hills Group, the world’s largest Golf Resort and luxury property developer. Cathy started her career at Lane Crawford Hong Kong. Cathy holds a B.S. in Marine Mechanical Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and MBA in Marketing from Southeastern University in the United States.

Cathy has been the Panelist of J.P Morgan China Conference 2012, MIPIM Asia 2015, Speaker of Annual Retail Asia Congress 2011, Retail China Summit 2010, and Annual China Retailing 2007. She is also a guest lecturer of MBA programs of University of California (Irvine), Tsing Hua University, Shanghai Jiao Tong University etc.

Cathy served board member of Rotary Club of Shanghai, Founding committee of Shanghai Symphony Orchestra Friends Club, Founding Committee of Woman’s Round Table of Shanghai Charity Foundation.

Cathy has been acclaimed numerous awards in her career, the most prestigious award was bestowed Cavaliere della Repubblica “the Order of the Italian Star of Solidarity” by the President of Italy for her outstanding contribution for promoting Italian fashion, art and business in China in 2009.

As Founder and CEO of Shanghai-based VELVET Group, he consults prestige and premium brands on digital strategy and activation in the China market.
Mr. Nordey first came to China in 2007 to open the Shanghai office of L’Atelier, the innovation department of BNP Paribas. In total, he worked eleven years in digital strategy and innovation in the banking group, in both Paris and Shanghai.
Mr. Nordey has consulted for L’Oreal, LVMH, Richemont, Lane Crawford, Galeries Lafayette, Lagardère, Converse, Christian Louboutin, Hermes, Yves Saint-Laurent, Dior, Kering and Puma, among many others.
